ORDERING

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Email us and our Customer Service team will respond to your query. We aim to respond to your email within 1-2 working days of receipt. info@deitas.com

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Unfortunately we do not accept orders by phone at this moment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you select the Standard shipping option, delivery will be within 2 - 5 working days depending on the delivery location. If you choose Express shipping your order will be delivered within 1 - 3 days (when ordered before 3pm and depending on your location).

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes; simply click on the 'track your order' link in the confirmation email you received.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S CONFIRMED?

Once your order has been placed, unless you make a change within a short time frame of the order being made, we’ll be unable to amend any details, i.e. we won’t be able to add, remove or change styles within your order. You can, however, cancel your order (if it has already been dispatched we’ll need you to return it). Please email our customer service team if you have any issues with this: info@deitas.com

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

Yes; all orders need a signature on delivery. Please ensure you enter a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for your parcel.

WHAT IF THE STYLE OR SIZE I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE?

All the styles that we have available are on our website www.deitas.com and can be added to the shopping bag. If you’re unable to add a style to your shopping bag after selecting the size then it means that this item is currently not in stock.

WHERE CAN I BUY DEITAS NEAR ME?

We have a list of authorised retailers in our retail locator.

DELIVERY HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Your delivery costs will be stated at checkout in the webshop. However Deitas offers free returns when returned within the specified timeframe (10 days).


DELIVERY

HOW ARE ITEMS DELIVERED?

By any international shipping/delivery courier such as e.i UPS and DHL, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). They’ll need to be signed for.

CAN I SHIP TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS, INCLUDING A WORK ADDRESS?

Yes; just add the appropriate details during the checkout process. Once the order has been shipped, we´re unable to change the address. Please make sure someone will be in to sign for your order.

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ABROAD?

We deliver worldwide. Please note that we send all orders from the EU which means that for countries outside the EU a customs clearance may be added to your final costs at checkout.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

IS IT FREE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, If made within the specified timeframe (10 days).

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDERED ITEMS?

We have a 10 day return policy. Returned items must be unworn (other than trying them on), in the original condition and packaging you received from us, accompanied by our invoice and return note. Please make sure that you do not remove any tags from the garment if you want to be able to return it and get reimbursed. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact info@deitas within a very short period of time after the order has been placed. Our team is available 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday . We’ll do all we can to stop your order being dispatched but if we don’t catch it in time, we’ll need you to return it. We’ll issue a full refund once the order has been received by us in its original condition.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once your returned item has been received, managed and approved by our team, an email will be sent to confirm that your refund is in process. Please allow up to 14 days. If your order is cancelled, then up to 30 days.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DEITAS GARMENT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact our customer service team at info@deitas.com. They will get back to you within 1-2 working days and help you solve your problem.


CARING FOR YOUR DEITAS

WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD TO CLEAN AND PROTECT MY DEITAS GARMENTS?

To remove creases from your garments, always use a steamer. A traditional iron might damage or destroy your garments. To clean your garments, chose dry cleaning. We recommend you to use the garment bag that you received your order in as a protection when travelling and for storing your Deitas.
