Important information for returns

Deitas has a 10-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.

Please note that to be reimbursed for your returned garment/s it has to be unused (other than you trying it on), unstained and with the tag still attached as it was when sent to you. The garment/s should be folded and placed back into the garment bag. Also remember to underline or mark which garments you are returning on the packing-list and to enclose this return note in the box when returning the item/s. If you return from without the EU you must also enclose the return proforma invoice.

You will need to enclose

  • The packing-list: please note that you will have to identify which item/s you are returning by underlining or marking them on the packing-list.
  • This return note on which you are stating the reason for your return.

If you return from outside the EU

  • The return proforma invoice.
  • If you are missing something or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at

If you return from within the EU

  • Please place the return labels that came with your order on the box and call the relevant courier to schedule a pick-up.

If you return from outside the EU

Please send an email to stating the name and SKU number of the item/s you would like to return (this information is to be found on your packing-list or invoice) and they will send you return labels and a return proforma invoice to print and place on the box. Then simply call the relevant courier to schedule a pick-up.


If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you do no longer wish to have, and simply place a new order with the new item that you would like instead.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 14 days after we have received and checked your returned items. You will receive an e-mail when your return is ready for a refund.

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

Deitas quality guarantee

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
